Repink provides:

• Ayurvedic Expert teleconsultation services

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. User Registration

• Accurate and complete information is mandatory
• Fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts will be permanently suspended without notice

5. Subscription Plans

• 1 Month Plan: ₹299
• 2 Months Plan: ₹499

8. Healthcare Consultation

• Platform enables teleconsultation with verified experts
• Not for emergencies
• Company is not responsible for treatment outcomes

9. Payments

• Processed via secure gateways
• Company is not liable for gateway failures or delays

10. Refund Policy

• Refund only if service is not activated
• No refund after activation under any circumstances

11. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Fraud
• Policy violations
• Suspicious activity

Decision of the company is final.

13. Taxation

• Users are responsible for applicable taxes (GST, TDS)
• Company may deduct taxes as per Indian law

14. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee of income
• Users participate at their own risk

15. Legal Compliance

Governed by Indian laws, including IT Act and telemedicine regulations.

16. Modifications

Company may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

17. Termination

• Users may terminate their account anytime
• No refunds after activation
